Payment and Delivery
Once your order has been placed, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays so orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the following working day.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at the checkout after you filling your shipping address and selecting shipping method since it entirely depends on package size and weight, destination (i.e.: UK, EU, or the rest of world) and service.
Please allow 3 working days for the UK shipping and 10 working days for EU/International shipping. Delivery times are depending on the location and the courier service, they are estimated, but they are quicker most of the time. We take a stock count on the last two working days of the month. Although we always endeavour to process your order as soon as it comes through and will ship all orders before 12pm on the same day your order may be delayed by 1-2 days as a result of this.
Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm, our delivery agents/couriers might require a signature upon delivery. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if
· you are not at home when the delivery arrives.
· no one is available to accept the delivery.
· the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
TRUVAPE take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from TRUVAPE it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.
Royal Mail do not allow any claims procedure to begin before 28 days have passed since the date of shipping. TRUVAPE will, however, at our discretion, agree to take this problem away from our customers after 14 working days and at our discretion will re-send the missing products to you at no cost.
Please be aware that TRUVAPE are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement service to save the customer the trouble of making a claim against Royal Mail or the respective shipping company. This is an TRUVAPE policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service.
If you should have any shipping problems please be aware that these stipulations are strictly adhered to and our staff do not have the authority to change TRUVAPE policy. We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. Please understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies.
