The electronic cigarette market
The electronic cigarette market is one of the fastest-growing markets in the country today. Currently, there are 2.5 million vapers in the UK in a market worth £475 million. With 8 million cigarette smokers in the UK this is predicted to continue growing, with experts estimating that the market will be worth £550 million in 2017.
Smokers are drawn to e-cigarettes rather than traditional Nicotine Replacement Therapy because of a number of reasons. As well as vaping being the closest approximation you can get to smoking it has also been shown by Public Health England to be 95% safer than smoking, with the devices resulting in savings of £2,500 a year for the average smoker.
What is the TPD/how will it affect my business?
The Tobacco Products Directive, or TPD, is a new piece of legislation coming into force in May 2016 which tightens regulations around the selling of tobacco products. For the first time ever, e-cigarettes have been included in this legislation as the EU looks to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
These regulations are mostly aimed at manufacturers, although there are rules which retailers will need to be aware of. We have provided a full and detailed roundup of these here.
Where are your products made?
All of our e-liquids are manufactured in the EU. Our devices are designed in the UK and United States and produced to our exacting standards in our factories in China.
What does your e-liquid contain?
Our e-liquid is made up of just three ingredients: vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol and flavour. For strengths above 0mg nicotine is also included.

What post-sale support do you offer?
We sell our products to a wide variety of retailers, many of whom had no experience in the e-cigarette industry. These retailers include large nationwide business down to small, independent retailers with one store.
As a result of our experience working with retailers and our expert knowledge of the industry we are able to offer the best support in the industry. Your account manager will provide you with all of the guidance you need to operating our products to enable you to assist your customers. We are able to provide you with hard copies of guides to using our products. We also have a dedicated customer service team who are available to take your calls and answer any queries you may have any any time.
How do I re-order?
Making orders is extremely simple. All you need to do it call our customer service team. They will take your order over the phone and e-mail you your invoice. You can call our team on 0845 570 668
How can I pay for orders?
You can pay for your orders via either BACS transfer or by card over the phone.
What are your payment deadlines and lead times?
If payment is received by 2pm your order will be shipped the same working day, payments receive after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. All shipments are sent out via UPS and we aim to have your order with you the following working day.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We have a tiered pricing plan based on the number of items ordered. Larger orders will qualify for increased discounts, the amounts of which can be discussed with your Sales Representative.
